Young And Free.

Since the next day is a holiday, we do not bother to do any homework. We watch television as there are better shows during the weekend. Also our mother allows us to stay up as late as we like as we do not have to get up early.
By midnight my cousin who was more like an older brother will have to return from town as he is not allowed to come home later than that. He brings back  pizza!! Which we all share before going to bed. Finally, when the clock has gone past twelve we all go to bed.
Contemplating my little brother face as we walked inside our little garden filled with the things of nature. Little bees, butterflies and other insects fly among the flowers in search of food. The flowers themselves are brightly colored with every possible combination of colors and hues. I feast my eyes on the scene of immense activity and again witness the beauty of nature’s innumerable wonders. He would insist on keeping every insect that his eyes would see and I would explain: “we can’t this is his home put him down”. In the afternoon when the sun felt crisp and had the most beautiful golden color, it made the golden highlights in my hair shine. Those worry free days will forever bring a smile to my face.

Last week I was extremely sick! I really rarely get sick however I’ve been under a lot of stress regarding work dilemmas and household issues. And now I truly believe what they say, feeling sad can trigger physical sickness. Which means I haven’t really worked-out the past two weeks and that makes me feel extremely guilty. Living in agreement with nature

  Riddle me this... sweat everywhere sunscreen in my eyes, hair sticking to the back of my neck... did you say summer? yup you guessed it, that's how summer feels. Did you know that wind blowing between  trees almost sounds like ocean waves? well now you know. Joe and I took a trip to the top of a mountain channeling our inner quest. Once up there the silence was unmatched the only sound was the wind running through the evergreen trees. I inhaled that clean air as if I might never get the opportunity to do it again. This summer is different. Summers although not my favorited season always symbolized change. I find it a bit comical, I thrive during summer and go into a slumber during winter.  We started the morning by listening to Joe Abercrombie's "The Blade Itself" It's definitely top 10 on Joe's book list.
